Our Story
Burgess Drilling began in 1943 with John Burgess and has remained a family-owned water well company through four generations. For more than eight decades, the Burgess family has helped local homes, farms and businesses reach dependable water.
Robert Burgess owns the company today, continuing the work passed down through the family. His son Matt, the fourth generation, handles much of the day-to-day service and works directly with customers throughout Tuscarawas County and surrounding areas.
The equipment has changed since 1943, but the commitment has not: understand the property, do the work carefully, and stand behind the Burgess name in the community the family calls home.
